Rates (Residential Service)

In order to comply with our Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) Water Use Permit, the Management of Hidden Golf is required to ensure that residents are aware of how water rates associated with your water consumption are calculated. The current structure for water and wastewater for Hidden Golf is the following:

Base Water and Sewer (per month):
$18.87

Residential Quantity or Use (Charge Per 1,000 Gallons)

Water:

$1.86:  0 gallons up to 5,000

$2.09: 5,001 gallons up to 10,000

$3.21:  Over 10,000 gallons

Sewer:

$ 3.09 Per 1,000 Gallons (capped at 8,000)
